Kellie is the ringleader of The McFive Circus. When the pandemic shut everything down in 2020, she taught herself aerial silks at home. What started as a personal challenge quickly became something bigger.

She earned her teaching certification and trained her entire family in aerial silks. Today, she leads with structure, creativity, and a mindset built around one belief.

Anything is possible.

My name is Kellie, and I am the mama of The McFive Circus. We are a family who started a circus during the pandemic. When things locked down in NJ, I knew I wanted to learn something new. So I taught myself and my kids aerial silks from home. And what was just going to be a little hobby became so much more. I started to share our journey on social media. People across the world loved hearing our inspirational story and loved our motto, “The Circus Way.” We even appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show in January 2021. From there things really took off!

All stunts are performed by professionals and/or under the supervision of professionals. Do not try this at home, even though yes, we are at home lol. Safety is number one in our circus. Kellie is a certified aerial instructor. We use all professional equipment and professional mountings. We even had an engineer approve our mounting, as we don’t want the ceiling to cave in when flying. Our crash pad is super important, and we use a Tumbl Trak 6X8X12” pit pillow for maximum precautions. Fly safe and train with an instructor!
